I been a regular at this salon for like 2 years now, today the owner worked on my nails. I had a design in mind and showed her the picture she agreed to doing it without anything further we began after attempting the design on 2 nails I told her I didn’t like it so she removed it and explained she was unable to do the same design so she offered me stickers. I was already frustrated and so was she so I agreed to the stickers once done I realized there were small black hairs or threads encapsulated under the clear coat I tried to wipe it off but I wouldn’t come off so I asked if it can be fixed and I was sent to another tech who fixed them and painted them all white cause I didn’t know what else to I was also told I can only do one color as the tech fixing them didn’t have more time. When I went to pay I was being charged for the design and color change and I refused to pay for that as I didn’t get a design and the color change had to happen only because she left black particles on my clear nails I paid $130 and she was still yelling at me and saying I wasn’t welcome to come back cause I didn’t pay the extra $20 as a business owner myself I can say I’ve never been treated so poorly anywhere else. It sad caused I loved it here. I will never return after todays experience.

I’ve being going to this Nail Spa since I first moved to Miami and I have nothing but great experiences there. The place is always clean and they are all very friendly and professional. Eric is great! He does my eyebrows and I’m in love with the result! Phenomenal customer service, I’m so happy I tried them today. I had a beautiful gel French pedi and Eric was able to fix two of my nails that were done at another salon. Clear communication, they make you feel comfortable right away and will offer you something to drink water, soda, tea, coffee wine. So pleased with them and look forward to going back, they are open most days (except for Sundays) until 8pm 🙂

My friends and I have been coming to this location for the past 4years. So the previous time I came here was great. I requested a experienced nail tech and I loved my nails. Was charged $90 for gel manicure and regular pedicure with French. Now the second time I came in used the same girl and she did not deliver. She had to redo my french white line on my toes like 3 times kept getting frustrated I wanted her to take the polish off and redo it. I can tell she didn’t want to. Final result came out uneven and thick. I’m Not happy but left them like that. Moving on to my hands she kept messing up the French tips but with gel it’s easier to redo nonetheless she got someone else to finish painting them. I was there for over 3hours. I went to pay and now they are charged $110. I complained and said that’s too much and the front desk girl just said prices went up. No heads up. Charging me $20 more than regular price and then we’ll of course I tip so I spent $130 on nails I was not happy with. Nails chipped in less than a week. My friend said she was over changed as well. I doubt I will be coming back or telling my friends to come back either.

I highly recommend! I’ve been coming to the location in Midtown since it opened. I’m always delighted with my experience. I love the elevated offers like fresh water or white wine. I wouldn’t come here if you’re in a rush but it is definitely a great way to treat yourself. It was terrible! She cut me it’s been hurting for days. my nails are so thick and Cakey. She didn’t shape them well at all after asking her to fix them while she was doing it. Two days later my gel nail polish started peeling off my toes. I went into the location to tell them how disappointed I was and they told me they would fix the toes that were peeling. This place costs a lot of money and they do a poor job and honestly I tried with the language barrier. I even tried using my translation app. But she just said she spoke “Hialeah” Spanish and laughed. I don’t even know what that means. Oh and she charged me to put some thing extra on my nails and feet and she didn’t even tell me.

I had been a regular at this Venetian Nail Salon location for years – but due to poor management and customer service, I will not be visiting this establishment again. It used to be great back in the day, but the quality of services has become mediocre at best, and the lack of customer attention and professionalism on management’s behalf is well below acceptable standards. Very disappointing, especially being a business owner myself – I can guarantee ownership would be disappointed in this establishment’s managerial practices and abilities if consistently evaluated.
