DO NOT GO HERE!! I’ve never been to a nail salon where you ask for something and they deceive you into getting something else just for their own benefit. I walked in and told the guy twice that I wanted a basic pedicure. He saw that I was on my phone and he showed me some gel and asked if that was okay, I shook my head because I’m thinking it’s part of what I asked for. He then scraped my dead skin, which other nail salons I’ve been to has not charge extra for. Go to the counter to pay and he tells me $60. $60?!! How do I go from $35 basic pedicure to $60?! I do not recommend here at all! Way too overpriced, rushed half jobs, and you’ll get lucky to get someone nice. Not my first time but this will be my last time coming here.

She refused to do my nails because I told her that the acetone in the bowl she was using was ice cold and it felt like my hands were in a bowl of ice. She said she told me to get someone else to do my nails and left. Of course she refused to give me her name. This is the first time I have experienced such rudeness at this salon. The nail tech was extremely rude. She refused to do my nails because I told her that the acetone in the bowl she was using was ice cold and it felt like my hands were in a bowl of ice. She said she told me to get someone else to do my nails and left. Of course she refused to give me her name. This is the first time I have experienced such rudeness at this salon. Today was my first time going here, and yet, this is already my favorite nail salon ever. I LOVE my nails!!!! Also, Miss Tien was absolutely wonderful–a true artist and such a friendly lady. She was super sweet throughout the entire visit and incredibly kind with an engaging attitude. In fact, all of the nail technicians there were just so sweet, friendly, accommodating, and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting this salon!! Overall, this salon is excellent in terms of its skills and service. I really absolutely adore the color of my new nails that they did for me! 🙂 Amazing service. Will definitely come again!! <3

The gentleman who did my nails did a great job. He wasn’t very talkative but he became that way because I wasn’t going to sit and be silent. The manager stated that he rarely talked to customers or anyone. I think I knew more about him in one day then she knew after years.

I enjoyed my experience here. I am from out of town so it was my first time visiting but I will definitely be back next time I am in Ft. Lauderdale. I got a refill and a pedi. There were so many nail colors to choose from and a variety of pedi services.

I go to the Venetian at The Promenade on Lyons. The people are very nice but the quality of your pedicure or manicure can vary widely. Often, I come home with prominent ridges of built up polish at the side edge of my toenails, or swaths of missed areas on the outer nail parts. Sometimes they have time to focus on details and do a nice job but other times they are rushed or new and just don’t do a good job, resulting in polish chips within hours or days. If you want to go somewhere to get in and out quick with minimal interaction while getting your nails done, this is the place for you. I think it’s a bit overpriced for what you get.

They were perfectly nice and my toenails turned out good, but my acrylics were poorly installed. 3 nails on my left hand are a bit crooked (one is noticeably crooked from my POV) and the french tips are too big. like the “tips” are 1/4-1/3 of the entire nail. It’s more like a french dipped nail. Overall it was a nice area and they were pretty polite, but I don’t think I’d go back.

This place sucks. Price have gone up, while the service gone down. From the front desk to the actual nail technicians. I tried a dip, and it started chipping within a few days. I came back a week later, and switched to gel manicure. Not any better. I am planning on visiting a different establishment. Hopefully, the experience will be better.
