My first and only experience of a pedicure and I’m sold. I feel so sorry for the lady that drew me as the short straw. My feet have been untouched in 40 odd years and I live in flip flops for 11 and 1/2 months of the year. Picked the deluxe option as it was seriously required. Whilst being pampered the chair worked on my back which did me a world of good. Apologies again to the lady who was given this awful task but the results were amazing

The worst place ever. The guy that did my nails was rushing. He left my nails all bumpy and uneven. He got mad when I told him. He restarted my nails but when he did he left a lot of acrylic under my nail and it was on my skin and it felt uncomfortable and the gel he put on didn’t even cure properly. They charge way toooooo much for bad nail service. I’ll never go back to that place.

I recently went with my daughter and two friends to have pedicures and they also had manicures. I chose the Deluxe Spa Pedicure with Gel Polish. Unfortunately, it was the worst pedicure that I have ever had. I got the citrus scrub, but they only used half of what was on the plate and rubbing up and down my leg three times doesn’t really count as a good scrub. The treatment was suppose to have a foot masque – that didn’t happen. Then I was suppose to get a moisturizing massage with hot towels and polish…..you guessed it there was absolutely NO MASSAGE given period! When I got to the register, they told me my total was $58!!! The Deluxe Spa that included polish was $40. I was expecting to pay an extra $5 for the Gel…..NOT $18! I told the manager my concerns and she said that they have cameras and I said great, let’s look at the video, but she didn’t want to do that!! She did take $10 off, but unfortunately, I did not get what I was expecting or was written in their brochure. I will definitely not be returning!

Critical: QualityDONT GO HERE. My nail tech was horrible and cut me twice, claiming it was my fault she cut me because I have tight skin? I’ve been getting my nails professionally done over a decade with no issue until now. Normally even if I want low nails they’re cut with breathing room and filed the rest of the way so that they can be shaped. Unfortunately she cut them to the nub immediately and cut some of my skin. The worst part was she cut my nails so low without asking and out of nowhere. 3 of my nails were cut so quickly before I realized what she had done and at that point I had to cut them all for them to match evenly ish. She did not respond to any of my verbal requests to adjust her methods or my body language as I winced in pain and pulled away. These are before/after photos and these were all my real nails. Tee was very pleasant and good conversation, however, the results of my dip powder and pedicure was really sloppy, and not neat and clean! Then he attempted to overcharge me for pedicure stating he gave me a callus removing pedicure, which I don’t have calluses! They had to give me $5 back! I tipped bc I am fair, but I will never go back here again! I should have went on reviews, bc they are horrible!!!

This is the first time I’m writing a bad review in my life ! Worst acrylic I’ve ever had ! They made it extremely thick, the design was terrible. It’s like they don’t even try to make the client satisfied. When I nicely told him I didn’t like the design, they started speaking a foreign language which made me so uncomfortable. He told me he can’t do it the way I wanted, after they made me pay . They acted like they were doing my nails as an act of charity, when I paid $160!!! I will never ever go back to that location.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I’ve done my nails for 10+ years and I have never been treated so poorly, left completely unsatisfied and over charged. I even reached out to upper management since they have multiple locations and the only thing they said was I could go in to fix the “minor mistakes”. This is our nail spot! Beautiful decor, great location, professional staff, always busy but staffed well enough that we can get in. They constantly achieve a level of customer satisfaction. The place is always clean, well stocked, staffed, and often the extras touches like bottled water, glass of wine make it the best. We never go anywhere else.
