I requested regular manicure service, I don’t like gel or fake nails, I asked him not to cut my cuticles but he still cut them which caused my fingers to have injuries. I promise not to go back to that place. I do not recommend it

Went to get a full set and pedicure and They were HORRIBLE , RUDE , and lack basic nail tech experience . They can’t do a French manicure free hand according to them, so they can strong arm you into getting a gel manicure to up charge you ..I’m glad I ended up leaving and getting my nails done with professionals. Please hire some nail technicians, who know how to polish nails properly, the corners of the nails needs to be polished too..Unless, you’re competing for the world fastest pedicure , it shouldn’t be done in 12 minutes, Jenny in Gulfstream holds the record for the fastest and worst pedicure. Both North Miami and Gulfstream locations horrible ..no attention to details..we are paying customers. .they just slap dash, to hurry to the next victim.

Horrible customer service. Dirty work stations. Not sure why they have cleaning spray and antibacterial soap on the work stations when no one uses them. Must be there for show. I have been a patron since they opened many years ago and I have to say…they have gone downhill. Time to find another nail salon. Manicure, Pedicure
