Fantastic place! Quiet and clean. The lady who did my nails did the best job I’ve ever had from anywhere. They aren’t thick nails from over dipping like some places and they are very natural feeling. My favorite parts are the thinness, no hump in middle of nail, the shape, and color.

Critical: QualityI’ve never had my gel nails chip as bad as these have from this salon. After two days, I returned to get 1 chipped nail fixed. I now have 4 fingers (including the one I got fixed) chipped! This is terrible quality. Gel is supposed to last, this is just cheap! It’s barely been two weeks, usually my nails last 3 weeks+. I’ve never had my gel nails chip as bad as these have from this salon. After two days, I returned to get 1 chipped nail fixed. I now have 4 fingers (including the one I got fixed) chipped! I had the worst experience at this place today and felt so humiliated. When Sophia was here I loved coming but now the people that work there treated me so poorly today. I got my nails done couple of days ago by Joe. He did a pedi and a full square set. He never used an undercoat on my nails so the light color came out streaky so we had to do 3 coats on my hands. I never do 3 coats but it looked awful so that left me no choice. He did my feet first and I was there for 2 hours but by the time I got home my feet had gotten messed up and so did my hands regardless of me sitting under the dryer for 30 hours minutes. My feet only had 2 coats because we used another color. I called when they opened after Sunday being closed. She told me to come today. I had an appointment at 12:00 pm. Vierra said I have to wait or come back. I said I can’t come back anymore. She said another lady will come in 30 minutes. I said I can’t wait that long. She said ok I’ll do your color for your hands and she will redo your color for your toes. I sat under the dryer over 20 minutes and nobody came to get me. I asked her and she said that I have to come back. I said I can’t come back. In front of customers she started yelling at me saying Joe and the other lady won’t color my toes because I did 3 coats and that’s why it happened and my customer has been waiting for 40 minutes. These people refused to redo my color that got messed up. They don’t do a good job. I said no need to argue and yell In front of customers. Joe that messed up my nails didn’t even acknowledge me. They were so rude to me and nobody took care of me. She said come back Thursday talk to the manager named Jay. I have never been treated with such disrespect. These people have no dignity or class. I couldn’t even be spoken in that manner so I left. I would No recommend this place to ANYONE. Go somewhere where they treat you with respect and don’t overcharge you. They even overcharged me for SNS coffin shape when I had square regular acrylic set. Sad that middle of Covid and monkey pox they don’t even sanitize in between each customer. They are so dirty. Sophia needs to come back and fire all of these rude people. NEVER AGAIN.

Amazing staff, they are all great. Owner Sophia is so nice and dedicated to make sure your experience a great one. The pedicures are awesome and they don’t make you feel rushed. Please give them a chance you’ll not be disappointed.

My daughter and I went here as a last minute decision. The environment was very pleasant! The staff was very nice and did a great job! My reason for only giving 4 stars is that I went in and left feeling “uneducated” about what I was doing. I have only gotten my nails done once before and I really don’t know what to ask for when I go in. The staff, while they were nice and did a good job, were not very helpful with making s selection on treatments or other options. Also, I asked for a manicure and polish for us both but they only did the acrylic tips and color, no manicure..

My nail stylists are always wonderful. However curious, when I enter the salon, I can be face to face with the owner, Sophia, but she never acknowledges, looks at me, asks how may I help you…. Instead she tells a stylist to come up front….very strange and very rude. Also, this shop does not use UV lamps to harden/dry the nail, but only uses fans. Therefore, my nails do not sufficiently harden, even after being under the fan for 30 minutes.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe first time I was there, the gentleman who did my pedicure cut my toe and I needed antiseptic to stop the bleeding. Thankfully, the manager, provided it and helped me. Her attitude was pleasant and this put my mind at ease.On the next occasion (because life happens and most deserve a second chance), I was told the wait would be 10 minutes. Instead, my nails/hands were soaked in acetone for over 25 minutes, because they were overbooked and short staffed. No one communicated with me about the delay until I asked and took my hands out of the solution. At this point, parts of my hands had become shriveled, a bit sensitive and dry. Unfortunately, I still waited another 10 minutes for service. Thankfully, the technician was very professional and did a great job on my SNS and toenail polish change.This place has a lot of potential!
