My first time getting my nails done and the first time at Venetian nail and day spa and it’s amazing! I got dip powder with tip extensions and a shellac base and I love them. I recommend lannie she took her time and was precise on my nails, all thought the price was a little high… I would definitely come back again

It’s a bit ridiculous that a majority of pedicures start in the 50$ range and the price you pay doesn’t reflect in the work provided. Nails are cut at a weird angle, the cuticles are angled and uninformed which is made to be way more noticeable when they put the polish on, and the polish doesn’t even get applied uniformly. Some nails have it down to the cuticle, some are right above the cuticle and you can already see your nail underneath without getting any wear and tear from walking around. I’ve received a world class pedicure for less than 40$ in other salons, so was very disappointed to be leaving with something I could’ve done better myself at home

In love with these Fall Style nails! Acrylics with a tip in copper chrome and a golden line below! Progress shot and completed nail shots! These lasted me almost a month before removing. Would def recommend Venetian Salon, offering drinks/water and created a calm atmosphere for my best friend & I!!!

Two different people worked on this extremely simple nail idea, including who seemed to be the owner. They ended up being chunky, the glue was left around my cuticles, never asked me to wash my hands & when I spoke up about the fact that the white tips were spotty the owner said it was because she didn’t want them to look “thick” what ! I loved them for my pedicures, but this is my first and last time there for anything like this.

Staff was a little rude, very rushed feel. I got a french ombre which looks beautiful, really does. Needs a little touch up and some gapping but otherwise very nice. The customer service however was poor. The front desk asked me “what do you want” when I arrived, the tech was on her phone almost the whole time, left a lot of residue on my hands from the powder. Did not tend to skin around the nailbed. With a little at home clean up it’ll be fine but I won’t be returning to this Stone Oak location.

Im from out of town visiting my family in San Antonio. My cousin had recommended the Venetian nail salon, but immediately when I walked in the door I felt extremely judged. I have 2 jobs and work in customer service industry so I know how to tip properly and treat people accordingly, these people obviously do not. I was rushed in every decision I made when it came to my nails, I was never asked what I wanted, how I wanted my nails, if I needed anything to drink, NOTHING but every single other person around me seemed to be treated differently. My nail tech made it seem like he was making fun of and judging my acrylic set I had on previously from my hometown, constantly making remarks on how bad they looked and shaking his head then talking me into getting a full set instead of a fill in because of “how bad they were”. I also went looking for the restroom, not knowing if the door was locked or if someone was in there due to me knocking and not hearing a word in either restroom, I went to ask an employee if I needed a key to get into the bathrooms and without even looking my way they just pointed towards the direction of the bathrooms therefore not being any help AT ALL! A few people in the nail salon gave me dirty looks as well. I am not a confrontational person and I do treat people respectfully but In this case not a single person in the nail salon deserved it. I am highly disappointed and offended that I was treated that way when there was absolutely no reason for it. Not at all how a business should be ran. In addition I am a hairstylist so I know the steps that a nail technician should take for each one of those services and how each client should be accommodated. I will not be coming back here. I hope this post makes a little bit of a difference.

From out of town, went here for the good reviews online. Very unprofessional. Mimi did not get the color I asked for and got upset as she spoke to the owners in their dialect. The owner took over. All the owner told me was that she would help me. Mimi never spoke to me after speaking to the owners in their dialect when I told her I didn’t like the color of my nails. Yes I ended up getting the right color done by the owner but they made me feel like I was not a person. They said Mimi had an appointment so that is why the owner took over. The least Mimi could’ve done was communicate with her client which did not happen.

Lovely atmosphere. Walked in with no problem. Had a relaxing spa pedicure at a very reasonable price. Included sugar scrub treatment, warm lotion massage of the legs and feet, hot towels. I’ll definitely be back. Pedicure

The people that manage and run the place always seem angry and miffed that they have to deal with customers. They’re unfriendly and rude. Plus they don’t respect your time. Last time I went there I had an appointment with Tina, who is friendly and good at what she does, but when I got there at my appointed time, she was in the MIDDLE of doing a pedicure on someone else. I was going to have to wait about 30 minutes even though I had made an appointment! The front desk was absolutely unapologetic, and I had to be somewhere soon, so I decided I would go somewhere else and never come back. They didn’t care at all.

DO NOT COME HERE! Rude nail techs who are not professional. I went for the first time and got a French tip almond shape design. Showed my tech a picture of the design I wanted and when she was getting close to finishing it looked nothing like the picture the tip was so thick. She said it was too late to fix and I said it’s too late? Then she was talking in her language to nearby workers. After I left I noticed my thumbnail was crooked. Went to get it fixed the next day and lady was like where is it crooked. She showed all the workers my thumb and talked in her language and they all laughed and rolled eyes. All they did to “fix it” was file it down
