Critical: QualityMy mom, sister and I all got anc dip powder manicures for my sisters wedding. All three of us get anc manicures on a consistent basis from other nail spas and it lasts 3-4 weeks before it cracks or chips. After my anc manicure here I had one nail crack the next day and now a week later all three of us have multiple nails cracked and chipped. We are all very disappointed with the quality. My mom, sister and I all got anc dip powder manicures for my sisters wedding. All three of us get anc manicures on a consistent basis from other nail spas and it lasts 3-4 weeks before it cracks or chips. After my anc manicure here I had one nail crack the next day and now a week later all three of us have multiple nails cracked and chipped. We are all very disappointed with the quality. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had MULTIPLE bad experiences here spanning a timeframe from their grand opening to February 5th 2020… if I were to detail everything it would take 10 pages but I’ll try to summarize. If I had tips with ANC they popped off after 3 days on numerous occassions. I would make appointments weeks in advance and the nail artists including the owner were always late or I would not get the artist requested. The staff was notoriously uncomfortable to be around and often argued with each other or with the owner. On one specific occassion an employee had yelled at the owner that they had no been paid and when would she get her money. I truly believed the nail artists were talented so I went back more times than deserved in hopes I would get the quality nails so often hyped that come out of this salon. In addition I felt there were no other salons that could deliver what I was looking for — and I did finally find a great spot on Wolf Rd. Nail’d It. Venetian may have some latent talent but it is overhyped, overrated, poorly managed, and consistently underdelivers or does not create the nail color or shape requested. If a customer is making appointments weeks in advance and going to you for special occassions and even SPECIFIES in advance what they want then that time should be accomodated. Do not have artists come in hungover either! If any of the staff would like detailed accounts and dates of my individual experiences here I would be more than happy to provide them. I am a huge patron of local business and support multiple lash artists, nail techs, esthitians and makeup artists in the area. And I can genuinely honestly say this is the ONLY bad review I have ever given but I felt it needed to be done. Its amazing after others have shared their negative experiences here that this salon still is decently rated.
