Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis experience was incredibly disappointing. We were one of the first people in at open and it took 2.5 hours to get in and out. Once our pedicures finished we sat for a half an hour waiting for someone to do our nails. When someone finally started my mother’s nails, I still had to wait another half an hour to start my nails. Once we got started on mine (an hour since our pedis finished) I asked for short coffin tips and had to have the woman re-file three different nails to get a “proper” shape and the still look uneven. One nail she had to redo three times and it still looks wrong. I plan to go back and have them fix them FOR FREE… but if they make me pay I’ll be really upset. This was ridiculous. We waited for over an hour and got horrible service. Couldn’t understand what the ladies were saying and they got upset at every customer who walked in the door. Also they lied and told every customer it would be 10 mins and then would run off. For 30 bucks this is trash. Go somewhere else!!!

Very disappointed in the services that I’ve received from La Venere! One of the most unprofessional and overpriced nail salons I’ve been to within the Cleveland area. I made an appointment, continuing to wait well over an hour and 15 minutes. I was told that I would be seen soon since I had an appointment. The young lady had me wait in the service chair after 20 minutes because they were really busy and she didn’t realize I had an appointment after waiting for an additional hour. Although the appointment was made a week. Prices are varied and unclear. They will charge you a different price than what’s listed on their services list. The staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate of customer time and satisfaction. I will never return and would never recommend this salon.

Just came home from Venere Nail Spa. Did not have an appointment there today, but decided to go anyway. After waiting an hour and a half (shame on me), I Was finely taken care of by a young girl named Tina. She was the rudest person I have ever come in contact with in this profession. Never looked at me, just pushed my hands around , without telling me what she was doing. I finally had enough, waited for her to finish my nails, told me, I mean pointed to a sink to wash my hands. Did as she asked?, went back to her table and waited for her to at least say goodbye and take my money. I went into an absolute rage and finally talked to the nail tech next to her. I asked her if they spoke my language, she replied yes and I went on to tell them ALL. that this was the worst customer service I have ever seen. I asked why they did not speak to their clients or even acknowledged the fact that I had been waiting that long. I told them I would never be back because of their customer service. Having worked in the banking field for 45 years, customer service was such an important and integral part of my job . I notice these things immediately. I recommend going somewhere else to get your nails done, but definitely NOT there!,,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Critical: QualityI requested a medium full set with coffin shape and was charged 59.40 for short oddly shaped gel nails. I didn’t argue I just didn’t tip. I was very disappointed with the outcome. Not only are they price gouging they have one solid nail tech and that’s the owner but the attitude and atmosphere there is not pleasant.

I read the reviews before I went to have my acrylic nails filled and although most were poor I decided to give them a fair try anyway. I checked the prices for services that are displayed on the wall., a fill was $20.00 and I need two tips added at $3.00 each. When the guy told me the total was $30.00 plus tax, I asked him what the extra $4.00 charge was for, he said he applied my acrylic so smoothly he didn’t need to file much afterwards, I told him he did nothing different than any other salon I have visited over the past 20 yrs. I told him I expected honesty when I come for a service, and not trying to sneak in extra charges for nothing. I paid $26.00 + tax and gave him a tip. I hope I taught him a lesson too, do not try to take peoples hard earned money if you didn’t do anything to earn it.

I received the worst customer service you could possibly have at a nail salon at this place. The manager did a fill with regular polish on my nails and it was extremely sloppy. He was beyond rude by rolling his eyes with whatever I asked for and raised his voice when I changed my mind about a color and the length of my nails. I will never go back again and I don’t recommend that anyone should go and spend their money on their horrible service!
