Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called in 4 days prior to schedule an appointment with Teresa to get a perm done at 11am. When I arrived as schedule she was attending someone else she said it would be a quick haircut (30mins) waiting one of the other hairstyles shoved the door at me while I was sitting & didn’t even apologized. When she finished she told me what kind of perm I wanted and I showed her an image with loose curls but she suggested it won’t be “curly” so I showed her another one that was more with big curls and the rods she used were skinnier. this was my 1st perm as I told her before hand she went out of her way to choose the rods that would best fit my hair I took her word & of course she’s a hairstylist what can go wrong. I can tell you right now it’s been 2 weeks and my so call “perm” doesn’t look nothing what I asked for! Literally a bad perm! She had many clients & she didn’t attend me as she should of. She was in a rush trying to hurry up with me. I called in 4 days prior to schedule an appointment with Teresa to get a perm done at 11am. When I arrived as schedule she was attending someone else she said it would be a quick haircut (30mins) waiting one of the other hairstyles shoved the door at me while I was sitting & didn’t even apologized.
