They are punctual and it is a clean and relaxing space. It’s super close to my work downtown so I like getting a 4:30 appointment right after work. The online scheduler is easy to find an opening. They do book up usually 1-2 weeks in advance.

I had a sugaring Brazilian with Lily. It was my first ever Brazilian wax and Lily made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly and professional. Lily was very easy to talk to and would check in with me frequently to make sure I was doing okay. I really felt like she wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my experience as well as the end result, which of course I was. I will definitely be back!

I am a huge fan of sugar waxing, especially the Sugaring NYC locations, so I booked a sugaring underarm as and a sugaring Brazilian on a later date. At my underarm appointment the staff was great, the studio was very clean, and the general ambiance was nice.
