I have gotten my underarms done other places before and always got bumps and bad irritation so I was super nervous to do the Brazilian. It was amazing. Kelci was so great. I was referred to this wax studio from and friend and it did not live up to my standards. The customer service was great but i still had hair left on my vagina and my waxer left little pieces of wax on my skin. It seems as if she didn’t finish the clean up process to make sure she got the stray hairs and left over wax bit’s. Needless to say the vibe was 10/10 but the actual thing that i paid for was a 2/10
