What an incredible salon! The artists are friendly and perfectionists. Both my daughter and I had our nails and toes done, both were perfect. There’s nothing to complain about in the slightest, any imperfections were caught by the tech before I even had a chance to notice.

I have been going here for more than a year and I will continue coming here!!! They are so friendly and welcoming. My nails always last 3+ weeks. No breaks or splits. I have been to a couple nail places in Springs and Coconut Creek and Velvet Rose is the place to go. I usually get the Dip powder. I alternate between acrylic gel as well. Never a disappointment. My only regret is not posting a review sooner.

Amazing experience. I had the gentleman do my full set. He listened to everything I wanted and delivered. Then, I had the pleasure to have one of the women do my pedi and it was so relaxing. Will be coming back!

Critical: Quality, ValueI got my nails done here a couple weeks ago, went back for a full and that was the worse decision ever. Upon arriving I asked can the young lady who did my nails prior do my fill as (she did a great job. The lady at the desk advised me she couldn’t cause she was busy I told her fine I can wait that’s not a problem. Then she comes back an state she won’t be able to see me at all so I said okay what about a pedicure the lady then stated I would have to wait 30 minutes only because I wouldn’t allow anyone else to do my fill. So I then agreed to get my fill. I had a mail missing so they replaced it I advised the guy hey my nails were not even he said oh I’ll fix it tried, tried, tried failed couldn’t do anything snout it. At this point I’m frustrated an I showed the lady how uneven my nails were she didn’t even care or bothered to assist with fixing it she just told me my price and didn’t ask no other question. She did not care how it looked all she cared was making sure I paid. I have been going here for years now. Denise is my girl and she makes me laugh every time I’m there. She knows me and knows how I like my nails without having to even ask me. She constantly has a smile on her face and always has jokes. She does an incredible job on my nails and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Every day I come in, before my butt hits the chair she’s asking if I want a bottle of water. A+ quality customer service here. You will not regret coming!!

I’ve been coming here for 2 years now. In my opinion, it’s the best nail salon in my area. They are very attentive to their clientele. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Most importantly, they are very clean and follow all sanitary requirements.
