Amazing service! I came in 30 minutes prior to closing due to scheduling conflicts on my end and they were able to get me in immediately and out shortly after closing. Pedicure was very relaxing and my manicure (and pedicure) came out great! Prices are about average and what I’m used to spending at my usual nail salon. Will definitely be going back next time I’m in the area and I’m excited to try their different kinds of pedicures!

I asked for a design and she made sure i knew how much everything was going to be before she started. Most places I’ve been to don’t do this so i thought this was great. This is also the first place I’ve been to that has done my nails exactly how expect and like the picture i showed her. The whole staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. I am so happy with my set. Ivy did an amazing job! She was so sweet. And pays very close attention to detail. I asked for a design and she made sure i knew how much everything was going to be before she started. Most places I’ve been to don’t do this so i thought this was great. This is also the first place I’ve been to that has done my nails exactly how expect and like the picture i showed her. The whole staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. Ivy did my pedicure this time. The Gold pedicure. This was by far my favorite pedicure appointment. I am sensitive to too much heat and heavy pressure, and as this pedicure includes soaking, massage, hot stones, wax and hot towels, I simply asked that it be a little ‘less’ so for me. Also, the last person cut my cuticles too much and caused pain. I explained this to Ivy and she was careful and gentle. This pedicure was simply the best. Would recommend her and will return!

It was my first time going and the pedicure and service in the beginning was amazing! But then when I started getting my nails done that all changed. Ann cut 3 of my fingers with the machine at the very beginning. Through the process she continued to go over my cuts with the machine even though I was literally bleeding. So I told her I’d just do a solid color instead of my design because it hurt and I wanted to leave. She also started filing her own nails with the file she used on me right in front of me in the middle of the service. The manager came over and asked why I didn’t get my design and I told him and then Ann asked if it really hurt that bad as if I was making it up. Then when she did my top coat she didn’t cover the whole nail on any nails so all of them have a matte line around the edges. When she finished she filed the nail polish off the sides of my nails. I flipped my nails over and there’s black streaks of nail polish all over the underneath of my nails. It looks sloppy and she was being so aggressive the whole time. The only thing the manager offered me was 20% off my next visit and honestly as someone who works in the beauty industry that work was unacceptable and should not have been paid for.

WARNING! MMA MONOMER IS USED! My natural nails are completely damaged. I know how to properly soak off my own nails at home and after filing with a nail drill and soaking in acetone for 30 minutes (shouldn’t even take that long) the soaked acrylic was very sticky after 10 minutes of soaking and super gummy. EMA monomer is very easy to remove. They use cheap products (MMA is very cheap but illegal) and it shows. Henry was usually my nail tech and he made my fingers burn from the drill a lot, but he was kind and good with painting on the gel. VERY EXPENSIVE for work I could do myself. Some of the acrylic is still stuck on my nail. They’re so thin and brittle that they and red, thin, bleeding in multiple spots (top and bottom of the nail.) While the staff is super nice and gives free sodas and the building is clean and nice, the price and damage isn’t worth it. They are very talented nail techs when it comes to painting designs on I felt very rushed to pick my color, and even when I booked an appointment I sat there waiting for 30-45 minutes multiple times. The manager Peter is very kind and cares very much about his customers. I think a monomer switch would be beneficial for the business.
