Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityBeen here several times now and always a lovely experience. My normal lady to go to is Kelly, who is always sweet and does a wonderful job! Have also been to a few of the others who work there when I haven’t been able to make appointments with Kelly. Today I had Tina (location manager) who did a fantastic job on them. Been here several times now and always a lovely experience. My normal lady to go to is Kelly, who is always sweet and does a wonderful job! Have also been to a few of the others who work there when I haven’t been able to make appointments with Kelly. Today I had Tina (location manager) who did a fantastic job on them. I also had Kevin for a pedicure who was extremely polite and always made sure I was comfortable with the temperature on everything!

I work in the same complex as this salon so I wanted to give them a try ( I recently stopped going to a previous salon for various reasons). Upon arrival I was greeted and didn’t have to wait. The salon was sparkling clean! Once I sat with a nail technician, I was presented a list of complimentary beverages which I thought added a nice touch to the experience. Soaking off my nails was super quick (other salons I had to sit with my nails in a bowl for 45 minutes ). I tried out gel -x for this set of nails. Never used it before, but can for sure say this is what I’ll stick to. Super light weight! Service was spectacular not only because my nails turned out great but the overall experience. It was very calming as there wasn’t many conversations around me, there was soothing music, and just the decor and set up of the salon made me feel relaxed. So beyond impressed! I work in the same complex as this salon so I wanted to give them a try ( I recently stopped going to a previous salon for various reasons). Upon arrival I was greeted and didn’t have to wait. The salon was sparkling clean! I asked, and Kevin and Jenny delivered! Everyone was so professional and attentive! Tina, the manager, was so helpful by simply making sure I got the right colors and the best service. Kevin was so patient and did such a phenomenal job in creating this artwork. Jenny was also fantastic. She took her time in making sure my pedicures looked perfect. Critical: QualityMy design chipped and peeled off within 2 days of getting them done here. I went back to receive my money back for the design which was $25. Told them they could keep the service and tip charge and they denied giving a refund due to “the policy” but if you look on website or social media their is no policy contract stating so. Very unhappy with the design service, so upset because I loved them for my general nail dip set a but the my experience with the design ruined my whole perspective.
