Used to Love coming here. My results used to be amazing… However I was once told that I was getting Botox and my results lasted for only six weeks.. I was reassured that it was botox- come to find out it was something different. My results stink now -what they are injecting into your lips will not last unfortunately. I feel sad to have to give a three star review. I used to love this place but now they are selling out like the rest of the world! 2000.00 dollars of work and it lasted 5 -6 weeks.

Luciana is the best tech ever. She is a great conversationalist, she is quick and she listens to concerns. I get laser for my face and neck. When she does my lip, she gets the tongue depressor stick so I won’t hyperventilate through my nose. There are always wipes and aloe vera and even cortisone lotion if it is still red and irritated. I really like how even before COVID-19 that the place was clean and that there were distinct protection for the front desk. I also like that you have to be buzzed in and out of the place, it shows that they care about safety. The sales are great and I like how you have the option of using your reward points. Best laser place!

I go for my botox with Brittney and she is amazing. She is kind and attentive and always advised me on what is best for me. I highly recommend Britney. So I had went to another place for electrolysis and to no avail my problem persisted and had seem to be worse for wear. I was recommended by a friend to try Velvet Effect Lasers and I have to say without a doubt Tracy does beyond an amazing job when removing my hair. My major gripe with the other place I went to was they tell u what you want and it is a complete turn off, but Tracy listens and gives suggestions while doing what you ask her to do. I cannot recommend this place enough, the staff is super friendly, they all listen to you, cleanliness is top notch, and everyone gets the royalty treatment. You won’t be unhappy with your time there I guarantee and with that said I’m going to book my next appointment right now so I hope to see everyone who reads this there.

I do my laser hair removal..peels.. photo genesis.. with Luciana.. she knows her job well.. the entire staff is helpful.. it’s close by near transportation and always has parking if you drive .. they even have a rewards program.. went back for Botox .. so glad Marietta is back!!
