I got a French tip gel manicure. The staff was super nice, all of the tools were new and separately packaged, and the prices were very reasonable. This place was amazing! I was a little skeptical because of the online reviews I’d seen but I was really happy with the outcome! I got a French tip gel manicure. The staff was super nice, all of the tools were new and separately packaged, and the prices were very reasonable. I had a 4:15 appointment, showed up at four and was in a chair by 4:10. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

I don’t normally complain on social media but I gave the owner’s wife the opportunity to correct the poor work/ bad quality of product. I had nail dip done and in just a few days (5) the dip started lifting up and one nail completely came off. Instead of soaking to take the old off and preserve my natural nail she started prying the old off which ripped my natural nails off. When I objected to the way this was done, she had another employee bring me $50 and threw it at me saying, “old is off, I not fix and you can go”. So take heed that even if work appears good at first, they do not back up their work!

I was not rude at all, I was just stating what I wanted. I usually do not do manicures but I am attending a wedding this Saturday. I have gone there a couple of times and never had an issue. I asked for a specific design and color. The whole experience was uncomfortable for myself. She seemed very hesitant and stated she was uncomfortable. She stated I was too picky because I kept stating I wanted a specific shape and shorter length. She looked to another girl and said “take her.” I was confused as to why she wanted me to go to another person. She had already put fake nails on me and cut them. I asked why was I moving and she stated “I am too picky and does not feel comfortable.” I did not make a scene and simply said I am not comfortable with her being rude. I asked for the nails to be removed. She did, and I left. Awful experience..

The girl I originally had doing my nails did not speak at all, there was another girl there that did all of the talking. I asked for them to remove my dip powder. The first girls drill stopped working. I was the only person in the salon so the other girl said “I’ll take her”, As the 2nd girl was removing my dip powder she was looking up, talking and nicked two of my cuticles with her drill, drawing blood, said a quick “sorry” and kept working. I asked for a napkin to catch the blood and she stated that she nicked my cuticle because I had product on it, which I knew wasn’t true. On my pinky nail I had a brown stain and she said it was fungus but I knew it was a bruise I had gotten from hitting my nail at work the previous week but she promptly stopped working on my nails and told me to leave the salon as if I had leprosy! She wouldn’t let me speak but wanted to charge me. I said She only removed 1/4 the dip powder color and that I did not have a fungus. She proceeded to only speak in vietnamese or chinese, so I left and removed the rest at home. This used to be a great salon that stayed busy with the old owners but these girls lacked any customer service skills whatsoever. I would advise against going there and go to Nails by Tammy which is about a quarter mile away!

Positive: QualityI almodt didnt go here because of the reviews but in glad i tried it out. Ive been struggling to find a decent nail salon in the area. I wanted somwthing xute for halloween. I dont think its the BEST but they took me fast as a walk in, nice and clean. I enjoyed my experience.Service: Gel manicures
