Let me start by saying that this is a great place to get hair laser removal. I’ve been doing my laser treatment with Lourdes for 8 months and I loved every time, but today I had a not so good experience. I had my laser done by a different laser technician, which I was very surprised that I was not notified before my session began. Mariella did a great job on me, however the way she inform me that she took over Lourdes place was not ok. She had an attitude about the situation and i felt extremely uncomfortable. I still have a couple more sessions left and I thought about doing other procedures, but I am not sure that I want to feel the way I felt today.
