Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMy review is based on two things, overall experience and the haircut I got.1. Overall experience, I was not impressed. I had an appointment, got there on time, was asked to wait a few minutes and then told to head over the sinks (for hair wash) where I was left for a while. When the hairdresser finally came she did not greet or acknowledge me (common courtesy), she just proceeded to get the water going and such, I broke the silence by greeting her. Once we got to the chair she started chatting/ gossiping with a co-worker about her personal life. At some point she realized there was an issue with another stylist and instead of pulling her to the side and addressing it, she called her out and started ranting (granted she was right, but she did not handle it professionally).2. My haircut… I’m on the fence, I am used to haircuts that take 30-45 min. She was done in 10 or less, it’s not a bad haircut, but it could have been better. While she was styling it I had to tell her more than once that the blow-dryer was too hot and burning my scalp.I choose this place solely based on the wonderful reviews it has and was disappointed.It’s not a bad deal for what you pay for, I personally don’t plan on going back but I hope this serves as constructive criticism.Service: HairstylingMy review is based on two things, overall experience and the haircut I got.1. My review is based on two things, overall experience and the haircut I got.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI waited 55 mins from my appt time to get a 12 min hair cut by the owner. my hair looks nothing like I asked for. I had hair all over me from her not using a cap, I actually had to go back home just to change my clothes… pretty disappointed. I had my eye on that place a long time and was treated very poorly. the only good thing about that appt was the lady who washed my hair. she was nice and friendly. even though I had to wait 40 mins after getting my hair washed to get my 12 min hair cut. she kept trying to up sale me, I understand that’s part of her job, but when I said I didn’t want anything extra that made her mad. I told her I didn’t want to be rushed in my hair appointment. if she was in a rush I would come back. I waited 55 mins from my appt time to get a 12 min hair cut by the owner. my hair looks nothing like I asked for. I had hair all over me from her not using a cap, I actually had to go back home just to change my clothes… pretty disappointed.
