Melissa is just the absolute best!! I don’t trust anyone else with my laser treatments, she is always on time & ready to see me. Everyone there is always so kind & professional, & Kayla is a great addition to the team. They create such a welcoming, calm atmosphere & I always look forward to my appointments. Melissa takes her time and explains each procedure even if it’s an eyebrow wax, laser, and hyperpigmentation. Melissa is a perfectionist she takes her time with every procedure. You will feel better about yourself once you leave the office. The confidence that I have regained from all my skin imperfections is due to Melissa care. I can actually look at myself in the mirror and feel comfortable in my own skin. Carli the front desk staff is so accommodating to your scheduling needs, she always greets you with a warm smile. This is absolutely the best place, Melissa is so knowledgeable and precise about your skin care needs. Melissa takes her time and explains each procedure even if it’s an eyebrow wax, laser, and hyperpigmentation. Melissa is a perfectionist she takes her time with every procedure. When the initial treatment didn’t get every capillary I wanted gone from my face, she tried a different one…and the result was terrific. Melissa also sat with me for a while and helped me cool down my skin from the laser treatment, rather than just sending me out the door with red skin. The price was extremely reasonable, and in my case, they said no charge for the follow-up when I asked how much I owed that day. They seem much more interested in doing a perfect job and in making clients happy than in trying to get every dollar they can from you. Carly at the front desk is also knowledgeable and efficient. When the initial treatment didn’t get every capillary I wanted gone from my face, she tried a different one…and the result was terrific. Melissa also sat with me for a while and helped me cool down my skin from the laser treatment, rather than just sending me out the door with red skin. Not only were Melissa & Carli extremely attentive, but they gave amazing service and were so much fun to hang out with. Time literally flew during my appointment. They were gentle with my skin, very professional in all aspects, and I feel such a strong sense of trustworthiness for their business.
