Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityHorrible experience! Half the lights in this salon are not working. I had to use a flash light to see to get dressed. I was told ‘lights and masks are not required and to go somewhere else’. None of the staff have masks on. The employee went to clean the bed which took her 2 seconds, I’ve worked at this salon years ago and know it takes much longer to properly clean a bed too and bottom. She did not take a fresh towel back with her and handed me one at the desk, when I went into the room there was a towel on the bed. This towel must have been left by a previous customer and who knows if it was touched or used. The tanning bed was greasy and dirty. The ceiling towels look as if they were wet at one point, which leads me to think of mold. Very disappointed and terrible customer service.Horrible experience! Horrible experience! Half the lights in this salon are not working. I had to use a flash light to see to get dressed. I was told ‘lights and masks are not required and to go somewhere else’.
