WORST NAILS EVER! I received a pedicure first which was great, then we went over to the tables to do a dip mani with tips. I’ve had dip done a million times and the process she was doing was very odd to me (clearly didn’t know what she was doing) after putting the 2 coats on, I was waiting for her to sand/smooth my nail but instead, she put the top coat on and told me I was done. I should have said something right there, but they had just closed and she was the last one doing nails and since she didn’t know what she was doing, there was no way she would know how to fix it. There’s a reason they don’t offer refunds…DONT GO HERE!

Just left and am in shock. I Made an apt for a mani pedi that was listed online as 81$. Got charged 129$ for art on two nails. Half of my nails aren’t covered with acrylic and there was no cuticle care, soaking and my nails looking grown out and dry. It was literally glue on and thats it. Under my nails look even worse. Would never return.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in today for a pedicure and a full set acrylic with shellac … My pedicure was AWESOME and done by a female. However, I went to the male to get my acrylics done. I asked to short and round and this is the shape that I received. When he was “ready to polish” I left to wash my hands and he started on another customer and wanted me to wait. This is what they looked like ready to polish. When I complained via phone they basically blamed it on me for calling my mother (about what to do) while I was there and leaving without getting them polished. The man told me to wait for him to paint them, yet It was “my fault” I did not wait for them to “finish” the other customer.There only fix for this was for me to come back at 8:00pm (my appointment was at 10:00am) to get them painted. HORRIBLE and I would never recommend to anyone. Worst nail place I’ve ever been to. Cut my finger four times then tried to tell me it was because I haven’t had a manicure in awhile. Proceeded to use the same dirty tissue to blot the blood off my other fingers. Nail polish is all over the sides. Top coat was covering my fingers.

Nice people but their work is sloppy. I generally don’t like leaving these kind of reviews but this comes after several occasions of sloppy/lumpy unclean services. Its the little things for me, removing old skin from the work station, evenly coated nails, adhering to appointment times, and maintaining a professional work environment.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI visited for the first time today. They were right on time, however when my technician was removing my previous gel polish she was so rough pushing my cuticles back.The worst part of my experience was when she was cutting my cuticles, she was on my third finger and told me I was bleeding. Every finger she did was now bleeding which she was wiping with a towel. Not a paper towel, it just seemed unsanitary. When I said I have never bled before she said “oh no this is normal”. I asked her to stop and paid for what services she did provide.I do hope they sanitized their tools, but from everything else I experienced here, it seemed very unsanitary. Would not recommend to anyone.I visited for the first time today. First time there because owners away. I waited 40 min because the only 2 girls were busy. I know the girls. But if 11:00 appt was not doable then it shouldn’t have been made. Sam got me out fast enough. She got me out in about 35min and done a great job. Like she always does. But to wait that long?

I didn’t catch the technician’s name that did my pedicure, but I think she is one of the owners. She did an excellent job. Very gentle with great attention to detail.
