I have brought my lady that I help care for to this establishment for a manicure and pedicure every three weeks for the past 5 months. Today without my knowledge the lady there (whom I have never seen before) talked her into getting gel polish after she already had a regular polished picked out. Mind you my lady has a mental disability so any changes made should have went through me first. Her total was much more than she had available to her. The lady not only tried to lie and say I okayed it but she argued with me that my consumer knew better and understood what she did. She wouldn’t take what we had (we were $12 short) or allow me to leave to get more money. Now to waste more time she removed the gel (as if it was going to give her the money back) and repainted her nails with the polish she was originally supposed to use. I will never return.

The owner is so unprofessional and only cares about how many people he can rush through. It was my wedding day. I made an appointment weeks out. I was supposed to get a manicure and pedicure. While getting my pedicure I noticed my feet looked rough still and there was skin still hanging off. I simply ask him to go back over. He refused and said his work was good and blamed it on my feet. I expressed how unhappy I was and because of that the technician who was doing my feet refused to help me anymore. So, instead of the manager doing the rest of my nails, he told me I would have to wait until he was done with his next appointment who just walked in. As if I didn’t have an appointment already? As if I wasn’t currently going through issues with him and his employee?

The lady did not ask what shape I wanted, I had a picture and when I tried to explain how I wanted the design a few times she yelled at me to stop talking about the picture. Rushed and dragged me to 3 different stations, didn’t even clean the powder under my nails and the polish bled into my cuticles which was also very uneven

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI called ahead to Vega nails to see if they had any openings. They told me to come up so my friend and I could get our nails done.We get to the place and I first went to a lady. I showed her my reference picture and she said that she could do it. I asked her if I needed to pick out any specific polish for what I wanted or if she could just do it based off of the picture. She said that she could just do it and she started filling my nails down with the tool. After about 2 nails of that being done another customer came in to get a pedicure that had an appointment with the lady who was doing my nails. She told me that she had to stop because she already had an appointment. I was irritated at this point but I totally understood that someone else made an appointment and I didn’t. I sat and I waited while my friend was getting her nails done.Another technician told me to pick out my color. I told him that I had a reference picture and he told me that I had to go and pick out the nail polish color which kinda annoyed me because the other lady didn’t even have me do that. I showed him the picture before we even started. He started working on my nails and he asked me what length I wanted and I told him. He was about to put the polish on and then tells me that he can’t do what I wanted because my nails are too short which I don’t really think that was the case. I’m not a nail tech so maybe it couldn’t of been done. My question is, why didn’t they tell me before cutting them that they had to be longer for what I wanted since I literally showed him what I wanted. After I found that out I couldn’t really find any cute colors. My nails also looked like a thick fan on the end.
