I have been coming here since I was a little girl and recently stopped after a last year due to the decline in customer service. The tall lady has a jacked up attitude and never wants to do her job. You pay for a pedicure she does a half job. You pay for eyebrow service and she only waxes it and does not want to shape or trim as they always do. I only came today because it is close to my job to see Cindy or Judy, they are sweet. I will not be back. The art work and designs are mediocre anyways

This is by far one of the worst experience I have ever had. She pressed me out to get the gel powder I was very skeptical about it because she was very amp about it . Long story short as I kept saying stuff about my nails and looking an it the she kept saying I’m not finish baby anyway when she did finish I was disgusted! These people are not right. I paid $90.00 for service feet and nails. 5 days later gel cracked. They wanted me to pay another 10.00 to fix it. I said not one more penny. The place is dirty and unsanitary. Use same utensils without cleaning them on customers. Don’t go there ❗

The guy that did my pedicure was very nice. The bowl cover appeared to be used, the nail file and the small pumice sponge is for single use, but it was used..Never again..very unsanitary. Pedicure

Unsatisfactory service. They didn’t know how to use gel nail polish with powder dip to match toe color. Pedicure started chipping 4 days after getting it. Powder dip manicure started peeling 2 days after I got it done. Took over an hour before they did my nails. Salon started doing other staff while I continued to sit. That was totally unprofessional. But to start chipping and peeling days after getting it done was even worse. Not sure if they’re using cheap products or just don’t know what they’re doing. I’ll never go back again. If I could give them a zero rating I would.
