I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I get my nails done regularly and decided to try Vee nails. I had a horrible experience. There was polish left on my skin, the underside of my nails weren’t cleaned out. The nails werent buffed after applying dip powder / before applying top coat. (These are standard practices literally anywhere else) when i asked for the nails to be buffed i was told no. Later, they told me to come back and they would fix them. They did fix some but left my pinky nail jagged and unfinished. When i pointed it out they told me to leave and not come back don’t worry i wont. I have been getting my nails done twice a month for 4 years and have NEVER had a problem like this or been treated this way. I hate to leave a bad review but this was totally unacceptable.

Great place, great service. Had a gel pedicure, gold service with callous remover, sugar scrub, and 5 minute massage. Then a dip powder manicure. It was a reasonable cost & everyone was friendly. A pretty relaxing experience!

First time there manicure lasted and looked great. Went back for a 2nd time. I was there for 25 mins, the tech removed my gel polish, filed and cleaned my nails very fast and applied gel polish again. Once she was finished she got up and she went to help another customer. A different tech stoped working on her customer to do a 60 second hand massage and take my payment. One week later my nails are chipped and looks like 3 weeks of growth. I literally wasted $30!

These negative reviews are so disheartening because Vee’s nails gives quality service and products. This is not a giant salon with untrained staff. There are two girls working however they will make your nails look beautiful. If you have no patience THATS on YOU. Treat people with respect and they will respect you back. I have always had beautiful nails and have never minded to wait for quality or pay for it. If that’s not for you then go somewhere else and stop criticizing someone’s business who is doing their best and a PRO at what they do. And if you do decide to get your nails done take some time out to relax and remind yourself you’re not the most important person, be kind, and you will not be disappointed. Love you Vee and Loanne and thank you for all you two do. I know you work so hard.

From 5 stars to one. I cant even explain how disappointed I am.. after 5 plus years of loyalty.. I’m not even gonna get into it. But V if u actyally read these. Get some employees who can understand what you’re trying to tell them and stop trying to do everything yourself. Its hurting ur business.. when someone has an appointment..no one else should be in that chair and u cant service 4 people nails at once. Craziness. Too bad cuz I rele liked going here. But obv. I am not of value. Even tho my entire family now goes to her. Well.. not anymore. Sad day for sure.

i got dip which didnt even last a week and came out really bad and messy looking. when i called back asking for them to fix it they asked me come in at 6:45 on friday, which when i showed up they were closed. i proceeded to ask for a refund and they told me to come in to fix it because they dont do refunds. when i came in they refused to fix them and wanted me to pay full price. i am very upset and do not recommend

Unequal service. The lady was very rude in saying “maybe you no pay attention” when I kindly told them I never got the hot stone massage. And the lady who forgot to do this was too busy getting a pedicure from the owner and not concerned with their current costumers. Would not recommend. Pedicure

Brought my daughter to get a gel refill and she had three fingers that needed tips. At first she was told the price was $65 with design when I then said no design because the price was more than getting a full set, I was told it was still the same price. So if a fill is going to cost more than a complete set…that is absolutely ridiculous. Never going back.
