You can definitely feel the difference when someone really does know. Francisco took the time to explain what was happening and set realistic expectations. He understood what I wanted and was able to deliver beautifully. He went above and beyond by styling my hair in a way that was customized to best suit the thickness and length. He not only did this but was also patient enough to share his knowledge with me. I was coming in with seriously damaged hair from someone who claimed to know what they were doing. You can definitely feel the difference when someone really does know. Francisco took the time to explain what was happening and set realistic expectations. He understood what I wanted and was able to deliver beautifully. He went above and beyond by styling my hair in a way that was customized to best suit the thickness and length. He not only did this but was also patient enough to share his knowledge with me. I’ve not had a good experience with hair stylists in central Texas for over 10 years. That being said Fran is a diamond in the rough!!! His customer service is above and beyond. It felt like my best friend was doing my hair. I trusted him completely and have ZERO regrets. You have to let him work his magic! There’s no other way to describe his work other than straight up magic. If you’re nervous about making a change- don’t be. Go. See. Fran. I’ve been wanting to get extensions done for a while but never felt like I found the right stylist. I found Fran on Facebook and decided to get my hair colored & it turned out amazing. He did a phenomenal job, I haven’t felt this good about myself in a long time. Well for starters I had just moved down here and had no idea where to go to get my hair done honestly, I had never been to salon in my life (I always impulsively cut my hair on my own) and this being my first experience ever, honestly I’m blown away I didn’t know what to expect when I walked in the door but I can say once I left It was everything I’d hoped for!
