I have been coming to Jany, monthly for almost 2 years for a variety of services, brow threading, dermaplaning and facials. She goes above and beyond for every service and provides a very professional and comfortable atmosphere. I leave every session feeling so relaxed and beautiful! Not to mention her pricing is very affordable for such high-end services! I definitely recommend you come see Jany for your beauty needs, you will not leave disappointed!

I have been coming to Jany for over a year now and have been a loyal customer to her. I am so disappointed to say that she changed my mind about her completely yesterday. I had booked an appointment over two weeks ago for 11/8 at 2:45PM. I arrive and she’s already with a client, so I wait. She peaks her head out and says that I don’t have an appointment. I ask her “Why? is it because i was a couple minutes late?” I tried to call her to let her know that I would be much less than 10 minutes late, but she didn’t answer. Keep in mind, she has been late to her OWN appointments with me before. She finally finds the appointment and blames it on the fact that I was late, but that wasn’t the case. It was because she lost my appointment. She tells me the lady will take an hour and half and to come back at 5:00PM, which doesn’t really make sense. Even though I drive 30+ minutes away for her service, she told me to leave and come back. I agree and leave, but it did not sit right with me so I went back in, knocked on the door, she only peaked her head out again. I told her that she lost my appointment and took a lady before me and blaming it on the fact that I was a couple minutes late wasn’t only not fair, but it wasn’t true. I thanked her for her time and left. She didn’t say anything. She just closed the door. I’m not sure if she did this because I’m younger and she thought I wouldn’t have the sense to understand that businesses don’t treat customers, especially loyal ones like this. Jany, I know you will not care about losing my business, but you need to understand that this isn’t how you treat customers, especially the loyal ones.

I had next to no pain as she was waxing. Her salon was clean and well kept and she was very professional and friendly. So happy I finally found her after 3 years living in Mt Juliet.

I have dark / thick eyebrows and I am very careful who I let touch my brows, I went to Jany a few times and she knows exactly how to shape my eyebrows, leaving them super clean and perfectly shaped. She takes her time to thread them thoroughly, which causes them to not grow back super fast. The salon is very conveniently located and super clean. I Don’t even have to tell Jany what to do, she knows exactly how I want my brows to look. I 100% recommend her services!
