I’ve been here a few times and it has been great each time. I’ve had dip (grey sparkle and green in pics) and regular polish manicures (pink) and I’ve been happy with all. They do get busy but I’ve never had to wait too long. It’s a large salon and has a bright, comfy atmosphere. Manicure

Went for a family mani/pedi. There were six of us. Good experience with the mani/pedis but my wife’s polish was coming off the next morning (image), less than 12 hours after application. She wasn’t able to call to get it fixed until 2 days later. They basically told her that because it was regular polish they would charge her for a color redo. You would think they’d do better. There are plenty of nail joints, you can skip this one.
