Experience and service was wonderful and relaxing. Was greeted immediately by staff and seated for a pedicure + offered champagne, water and a snack. The pedicure was lovely, but what really stood out to me was the service and level of detail to each part of the experience (adjusting the pillows to a comfortable position, being aware of water temp, talking through service). I am generally not a fan of nail salons as they tend to be hectic, loud, and pushy. This spot is nothing like that and is my new go-to place!!

The customer service is incomparable and the staff is actually super accommodating and sweet. The pedicure massage was amazing and so relaxing. The pedicure chairs are clean and so are the nail color samples, which is great because everyone touches those! I received a full set from John and he went above and beyond to recreate the design I wanted on my nails. He was so easy to talk to and was very nice. I will definitely be back again. I would recommend calling ahead and making an appointment though so you get the best experience and the people there take their time on you, that’s what I did and it was worth the extra effort.P.S. all employees were wearing masks and there were hand sanitizing stations throughout the salon which made me feel more at ease. This place is Gilroy’s best kept secret. The customer service is incomparable and the staff is actually super accommodating and sweet. The pedicure massage was amazing and so relaxing. The pedicure chairs are clean and so are the nail color samples, which is great because everyone touches those! I recommend this place for manicures and pedicures. The biggest reason I like this place is they don’t push you to do something you don’t want. They are very respectful of you and your choices. They also don’t judge you like some other nail salons tend to do. I have always had a pleasant experience at this place. Also, it is not very busy and they don’t make you wait unnecessarily. If they are busy they will let you know and you can make an appointment. They take walk-ins.

The worst place ever! My daughter had an absolutely horrible, scary experience. She went in for a simple fill on her nails. One lady started to work on her and had to leave so Lynn stepped in to finish. My daughter was very unhappy with the way her nails were looking expressed her feelings to let her know that she would like them to be filed down thinner. Lynn was very rude insisted on her getting a new set after my daughter let her know that all she wanted was a fill. After being there for two hours still with not finished nails my daughter tried to pay for her service and leave. They locked the door and refused to let her go after grabbing her arm trying to cut her nails off! There was another woman in the salon at the time and she tried to leave as well. They finally were able to leave both called the police and filed a report. This is absolutely unacceptable! The only reason I even put one star is because this review will not allow me to post with putting zero stars! I highly recommend that nobody ever stepped foot in these doors again!

I was a regular customer here until tonight. This afternoon I walked in and had to wait 45 min to be seen because only one person was working. I didn’t have an appointment so I was okay with this. It took 2 hours to do a pedicure and manicure (done at the same time). The man who works there did my shellac manicure. By the time I got home 3 of my nail’s polish had peeled completely off. By the time I went back a few hours later all of them were peeled off. I didn’t have time to sit and get a full manicure again. They refused to give me a refund. They accused me of taking them off myself which I could see this happening except I am a regular customer. After them yelling at me they finally agreed to a refund. I will not be returning for the lack of customer service. Usually they are very friendly but acted completely different towards me when asking for my money back.

I had a great experience here today getting a manicure & pedicure! May did the manicure and she was very personable and gave me a great arm & neck massage besides a great manicure. Nina did my pedicure and did the rhinestone embellishment I wanted. The store was clean and the massage chair worked fine. They gave me a bottle of water and a snack when I got there too! I’m from out of town, but will definitely be back the next time we are in Gilroy!
