It was my wedding day. The first time I have ever gotten professional makeup as well. I made both of these things very well known. I was so disappointed. My fake eyelashes came off before the end of the night. I was given way to red of a lipstick, when I asked for a different color the previous lipstick made my skin around my lips blotchy (which I pointed out)and it never got fixed. Then a coworker comes over and askes how much longer until i was done. At that moment I knew I was being rushed out of there establishment. As I began to walk out I looked at my self in a different mirror and my bags under my eyes were bigger than what we started with. I asked her about it and she told me its probably the buildings lighting and to put foundation on at home. It was MY WEDDING DAY. I left this establishment in tears from how much I disliked my makeup and how much I was shoved to the side. I didn’t feel pretty or special. I felt panicked as I had to rush home to get my makeup to fix what was refused to be taken care of. The worst part was seeing my sisters face as she generously paid over the phone for something that I clearly did not like. Nothing was blended on my eyelids. I asked about the random black under my eyes being removed as i didnt like it and the technician said” I have an idea” and then put more under my eyes. This establishment was not listening nor caring and it was obvious the only thing they were worried about was there own schedule.

Critical: QualitySarah was wonderful with the color she did on my hair. While she was on a long vacation I had my hair touched up by another girl who did a horrible job . I went back after complaing about the color and it was redone . Now my hair is broke offhalfway up to my scalp .I am just so unhappy it’s not funby .
