The lady was nice when I first entered. I explained to her that I had pain in my lower back I was experiencing back spasms. Because I only wanted them to focus on my lower back I only did a 30 minute massage because I didn’t know if it was going to make me feel better or worse and at that time I didn’t want a full body massage. I filled out the paperwork I circled on their drawing lower back and right buttock area. We get into the room and she’s massaging my upper back which I don’t mind because I’m thinking she’s going to gradually go down. After spending quite a bit of time on my upper back I said excuse me I’m in here for my lower back she said okay. She adjusted sheet and start massaging my leg and foot. Mind you on the sheet where it says anything you DO NOT want us to massage, I said face and feet. I stated to her again I asked for my lower back she goes on to say yes yes I know but the upper back is part of the entire tendon and we have to massage the entire area. When I left I gave a $5 tip in cash. The lady picked it up and said just $5 and threw it back down. I explained to her that ma’am you did nothing I asked you to do, you did the total opposite of what I asked. Her attitude was very nasty and rude. I will definitely not be going back.

My shoulders and neck have been in pain for a long time from my sleeping position so I went there during lunch break, it was the best on hour deep tissue massage. She focused on my shoulders and neck to get to knots out, it was painful at first but after 5 visits the pain is gone, great job!!!

So I have gone to this location several times. As a business owner we do not practice asking for tips, that is based on the service recieved. I took my mother in for a combo massage, the therapist asked for a tip, sure I will once I return after we just spent $ 85. Once I returned to pick my mother up , I sent her a message to leave a $10 tip. She did not have cash ,no worries I’ll catch them next time. As I sat in my car LILI FOLLOWED MY MOTHER OUTSIDE CAME TO MY WINDOW AND ASKED FOR A TIP. I was baffled …. needless to say they have lost 4 customers due to this practice.

I have been getting massages over several years owing to my travel and workout schedules, and Jessica is possibly the best therapeutic massage therapist I have encountered. She has a great knack for identifying the trouble spots and knots and applies just the right pressure to heal. Great use of hot stones to relieve the pain. The entire experience is very healing and calming. but honestly folks – she should be your go to person for therapeutic massages.

First I would like to say great massage my back is very tight my shoulders very tight and the rest of it…… massage what’s up the extra $10 because they asked you are there any sur areas and you would like to work on and I said my lower bag did not know that was extra they have when I left she asked was I going to leave a tip I tipped five dollars and she said oh that’s not enough are you gonna tip more than that I actually tupped 15 after that but I will not be back I don’t like people to tell me how much the two the overall I spent $82 for my massage and started off being $60
