Critical: Professionalism, QualityThey made me wait 20 minutes before they let me know that they would take their 30 minutes lunch. This is something that the barber should have told me since I got into the barbershop, so I would not have wasted my time waiting. The barber waited until he cut the hair of the customer he was working on to inform me about his lunch.

I called in advance and made an appointment for a certain time. No barbers were there at my appointment time and door were locked. I called after seeing doors were locked but their phone line was busy. 10 mins later someone showed up. The barber did a good job with the cut but made me pay $20 for a cut for a 2yr old, on top of his tardiness.
