I am very happy with Rosie. She is a highly talented individual, clearly an amazing boss and an expert at time management. I’m impressed and a bit in awe of her skills. She helped with a full highlight, a root touch up/base color for my grays and a hair cut. I am happy with all three. I am looking forward to seeing where my hair can go from here. If she did this good on the first try (and we know sometimes it can take a few appointments to get exactly where you want) then it’s only gonna get better. Can you improve on perfection? If you can, she will do it. On top of everything else the energy in the salon was great too. Her assistants are well trained and all the stylists seem happy to be there AND happy to have Rosie as a boss. She’s truest wonderful, you can just get that feeling from it. I would see anyone in her salon but Rosie is a rare diamond. I feel very blessed to be able to have her taking care of my hair.

I love the Vault salon! Its the best experience I have had with one-especially since moving here from the east coast and being new. They take care of you, offering beverages, chatting, giving amazing head massages. Abby is my personal favorite, as she helped me through day one. I’ve been going to the Vault Salon for about 2 – 2 1/2 years and I’ve never ever had an experience I didn’t love. I normally work with Tabitha who is amazinggggggg ( I HIGHLY recommend her to any and everyone) but I’ve also worked with Leslie and Kristin who were also incredible! They’re all just the sweetest people, and I’m very shy and not necessarily a people person so when I say these ladies (and gents) are the best they are the best! I moved towns and I still continue to get my hair done here as it’s the only place I’d ever want to at this point. Always leave smiling loving my hair

Shireen cut my hair and I left with a wet style just as I asked. I have curly hair so I didn’t want any type of heat on it She was very sweet and listened to what I said to her. really knowledgeable on curly hair. She explained what she was doing and why. I felt very educated and not talked at which was very much appreciated. She understood I had a budget to stay in. She did talk about a couple products she would recommend given some questions I asked but she was not pushy AT ALL!! I simply felt like she was showing me some other options. I even showed her the products I’m currently using and she confirmed they were good for my hair type. Next time I need my hair cut, I’m coming back to her!!
