Wow okay thanks for wasting my time I could have booked else where. Also told no one even does braids there at all but it is listed as a service and they even have appointments open.

I scheduled a hair consultation appt at 5. Showed up at 5:05 due to a traffic and parking. A different stylist opened the door and said the stylist (Ariana) who is supposed to help me left for the day saying I was super late. It was very unprofessional and not acceptable.

Jaden gave me a wonderful recommendation about what to do with my growth-spurting hair (I first went to him after I’d done a “Big Chop” on my natural locs when pandemic stress caused my hair to start falling out).
