PLEASE READ! Had an appointment here yesterday with my mom for a dip powder manicure. I told Stacy what I wanted, to clip my natural nail underneath to clean it up and then to add extensions, and she told me it was “pointless to do that because normally people grow out their natural nail instead,” took an entire hour to get my previous dip powder off, and totally gave me the vibe I was a huge inconvenience and was wasting her time. It probably would’ve just been extra work for her to add the extensions which she clearly didn’t feel like doing. The vibe that I was an inconvenience was then proven by the fact she was on FaceTime with her husband/significant other talking about groceries for an extended period of time. Completely unprofessional and she was very rude. I didn’t say anything to her at first but I wish I would’ve because I later found out she was the OWNER. So once she took off my previous dip powder, I told her I didn’t even want to go through with the rest of my manicure because I couldn’t stand to sit there near her anymore with how rude she was being. I told her I had somewhere else to be. As a paying customer, I am paying for a service and not her opinion on my nails. I was beyond angry. My mom on the other hand had a wonderful experience with Lah. After discovering there are 17 other nail salons within a ten mile radius, we can safely say I will never be back here again, and I highly recommend that you don’t come here either. Pictures shown are my nails before(with the flowers, albeit grown out a little) and after(with no polish)

Never have appointments and when you do get one I always have to wait 30 min before they take me. Went today just to get a gel removal and it took over an hour. Their employees are so unpleasant Manicure

This is the best nail place I have ever been to. They are consistent with their services! Staff is friendly and welcoming. I drive 20 minutes to go here because they are great! This picture is the ombre powder dip nails.

Went there today for an eyebrow wax. I did not have an appointment but only had to wait 5 minutes. Tammy did my brows and she did a great job, very meticulous. I mentioned my lids are a bit sensitive and she put some creams on after to help with the redness. I will definitely be asking for her again next time.

I thought it was the perfect spot to go get my wedding nails done. The woman I got was very unkind. Did not preform all the tasks that I paid for. When I showed my nail design that I wanted she told me no. I showed her a second option. She told me I could only get plain and leave. She cut three of my cuticles, where I was bleeding. I started to cry and she rolled her eyes at me. She sat in the back corner desk. My friend went there the day before and said the same thing. I will never go here again!!!!!! The woman I got was very unkind. Did not preform all the tasks that I paid for. When I showed my nail design that I wanted she told me no. I showed her a second option. I walked in without making an appointment, was greeted immediately and asked to have a seat. I waited less than ten minutes to be taken back. Ha was phenomenal. She removed the mistakes from the previous nail salon down the road, did an outstanding job with my french dip manicure. The place is clean, everything was opened in front of me and has a trendy decor. The staff talked to their clients not yelling to each other like at other salons. I will definitely be a return customer when I am in town.
