Do NOT go there unless you want to lose your fingernails!! The absolute Worst “manicure and pedicure” I have ever had. I had to have them redone somewhere else because I was attending an important event. The new person took one look at my nails and said that I probably have a lawsuit since I am going to lose at least of my fingernails and they may not come back right. I used to have beautiful nails and took pride in them. Now they are ruined. The place where I used to go closed during the pandemic and are not repening here.. The way she, at Vans, cut my toenails will probably cause me to have ingrown toenails. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, The tech didn’t know what she was doing. If she was new someone there should have checked on her or checked with me before I left. Instead of letting my nails dry there she rushed me out of there, another reason that they looked so horrible. It has been a few days now since I had them done and my finger tips still hurt, She actually cut them below the quick and what I wanted was LONGER NAILS! She acted surprised when I told her that for the third or fourth time. She offered no apologies. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND NEITHER WILL MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS!

Van yelled at me and I left in tears. I wanted a manicure and pedicure. She was upset because I didn’t want my cuticles cut. She talked loud while I was calm. Read my yelp review. I can’t keep talking about this. I want to forget it. Gel manicures

I wish I could give less than a 1 star. The owner Henry ( Van) is very rude and disrespectful. I went for a peidcure, waited for approx 20 minutes without an appointment. Henry finally comes over to get the pedicure started, turned the water on and left. The water began to fill to the top of the foot bath. I alerted the tech that was doing another customer’s nails. She came over and the water began to spill over. Henry came over in a complete rage, accusing me of turning the knob on causing the water to overflow. I told him that I Did not touch the knob. He proceeded to accuse me, and became very Irate. I finally told him, that I was done discussing it. He took the nail polish I had chosen and put it on the nail drying station. I asked if I was being moved to another station. He completed ignored me. I will never visit this place again. Reporting them to the Better Business Burea. Henry need Diversity and Anger management training.

My go to place for SNS and pedis. The owner is the best when it comes to SNS, I don’t know what she does but they don’t chip. I’ve had it done at other more expensive nail salons before and they start cracking and chipping within the same week. They have a endless selection of SNS colors too. The pic I posted is of my nails a week after getting them done. Still looking fresh!

This place doesn’t deserve even the one star. I usually let them do my pedicure with no issues. I decided to get a full set. The owner’s husband Henry did my set with the gel polish. A day later my nails had bubbles in the polish and the gel was chipping. He then tried to blame me for the issue. So i went back a second time and the owner Lynn took the gel off and repainted my nails. So the 3rd time I went back and told her that this is ridiculous that I have to keep coming back to get my nails fixed. Then henry the husband had an attitude and told me You need a fill in and he wouldn’t fix my nails. The owner and her husband rudely told me that they would not fix them and that I needed to get them re done and I would have to pay. I was very upset with being treated like trash when I’m the paying customer. They proceeded to get even more disrespectful and made it seemed as though I was at fault. I have reported this business to the better business bureau and will file a complaint for customers that lose their money due to poor quality service.

They were getting angry with my mother and I when we had questions about the price and insulting our intelligence when they didn’t have clear answers. The entire time we tried to gain an understanding about the prices they were being unapologetically rude. They kept asking us if we understood in a condescending tone and raising their voice. They even were talking down to some little girls next to us. They never had a set price for what we wanted and continued changing the price and upcharging for small differences and even tried to make us wait until after the nails were done to ask about the price. And even as we tried to leave respectfully they began talking about how all prices are fair and they never overcharge and trying to make it seem like we couldn’t afford them.
