Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went once to do my son’s hair cut there and i just didn’t like their attitude i think it was from the owner it was a lady and she had an attitude i understand my son didn’t like hair cuts and he started acting like he didn’t want a hircut but maybe if she would of stay calm i would of be able to do his hair cut that day but instead she didn’t hesitate to do an attitude about it i just don’t like their service either they are not nice at all … also one time i went and i thought they would do my make up better than me and i asked for a smokey eyeshadow but i honestly ended up not liking the eyeshadow it looked like it was an eyeshadow for halloween and no! My mom was getting her haired dyed and she was all ready on the chair and their went to help another client, like who does that!? When we came in the salon my cousins mom made an appointment to get their hair curled and they were just rude! My mom said they made an appointment to curl their hair and they said “we are too full” and then she made an excuse about how they didn’t tell her how long her hair was and then she said my mom had to make another appointment! Keep in mind she was giving a big sassy attitude! I just don’t like this place.

Beautiful salon, very friendly staff. Fabiola trimmed my hair exactly as I wanted. It looked beautiful. I am disabled and the salon was comfortable and spacious. Staff was comfortable with me. I recommend Vanny’s salon to everyone. Thank you for my beautiful hair!
