I had a very odd experience at Vanna’s Hair Studio today. I was looking for a new salon closer to home and had read the salon’s reviews and saw the pictures on Facebook. They were overwhelmingly favorable, many from long time clients. I called for a haircut and was offered 12:30 Thursday. They called the next day asking if I could change it to 1:00 PM. I agreed even though it would be tight since I had to be somewhere at 2:00 PM.
