How are you charging for nail polish removal during a pedicure? $45 is definitely pricey, especially when their asking do you want a cut down WHEN IT SHOULD be INCLUDED with the pedicure.. I can’t pay for everything individual.. It’s by far better places around $30 with less Dirt, ghetto& fear of getting your car broken into..

I had an awful experience here at Vanna nail shop. I went on Sunday to get a manicure and pedicure for myself and two little girls. We waited a long time. When the technician started my nails she was very unprofessional and was arguing with her staff. She didn’t give me the same pedicure as the girls got. She skip steps. The prizes were outrageous. They charged me $60 for each child and they wanted to charge me 100 for a manicure and pedicure for me. I never paid that much anywhere else for manicure and pedicure for kids and it was the basic. I have always treated these people with the upmost respect and every single time I come here they treat me like trash. I call every single time before I come to this nail shop because I live close enough to walk, and every single time I come here I have to wait if they don’t like me refuse service. But don’t treat me like trash in a way that I don’t deserve I never disrespect these people. I called before I come and they still tell me to wait or tell me that I’m being impatient when they told me on the phone to come into the store like it doesn’t make any sense if when I get there you can’t do the nails but you’re telling me to come in the store.
