Been going here for about 3 years never had a problem they have been very polite to me. I’ve been gone for about 3 months (went off to college) come back and the attitudes received were terrible. Nail shape is horrible and their technique has changed tremendously. Being as though I loved this salon I went months without getting my nails done. Which as a female sucks. I thought that I’ve found a home but no longer feel this way. I hope they can get back but I have to say I will be changing my nail salon.

Van and Lisa is the only place I will go to get my mani, pedi and eyebrows. The first time I met Van and lisa they were actually at their old location, Van did my nails and lisa did my eyebrows they did a great job. Van ask me my name and we were talking the whole time which made the time go by fast. The next time I went back as I enter the door he said Hi Sophia what are you getting done today. That spoke volume to me that he actually remembered my name from my 2nd visit. Not to mention Lisa is the only one that I will allow do my eyebrows. Been going there for over 15 years. This place is not just a nail salon they’re family.

last time i went the lady sanded my original nail down paper thin and told me it was the overlay, as pissed as i was two weeks later i decide to give them another chance and when i go doesn’t matter what time they never have anyone to do my nails…on top of that they never even open the door to ask what i want. worst place ever!!!!!!!
