Critical: ProfessionalismDO NOT GO to Vanity Vault salon in the Park Building downtown owned by Star Owens. I had an appointment with a stylist there at 10am, the owner had the locks changed but did not give the stylist working there keys so myself and the stylist had to wait 40 minutes for her to get there. When she did I immediately voiced my opinion about how unprofessional it was to have stylist and clients waiting outside of the salon when we’ve booked appointments for set times. She immediately got smart with me, kept cutting me off and dismissing me and blamed the stylist for not notifying her of our appointment. She then told me to get out of her establishment and tried to call security on me because I was voicing how I was upset I was.
