Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI have gone to Kelly for several years for hair coloring and taken my children to her to cut my daughter’s hair. Kelly is talented and great at what she does, however, she is unprofessional and consistent in not keeping her scheduled appointments. Over several years of being a client, almost EVERY appointment I have ever scheduled with her she has cancelled and rescheduled. Most often, she will cancel the appointment on the same day of the appointment, sometimes just an hour before our appointment, due to an emergency. It is frustrating to continually have to reschedule appointments and hope that she will keep the next appointment. This has happened far too many times that I now have to find another stylist. I have gone to Kelly for several years for hair coloring and taken my children to her to cut my daughter’s hair. Kelly is talented and great at what she does, however, she is unprofessional and consistent in not keeping her scheduled appointments. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueKatie did an amazing job on my extensions. I rarely write reviews but she deserves credit where credit is due. I’m so happy with my hair and I’m a hard one to please. I got extensions elsewhere before i came to her and they were very uncomfortable and ended up matting up in my hair and had to be cut out. But Katie saved most of my hair and when we put the new ones in i didnt even feel them. They lay perfect and they look and feel great. Not to mention she’s fast i was in and out. Katie did an amazing job on my extensions. I rarely write reviews but she deserves credit where credit is due. I’m so happy with my hair and I’m a hard one to please. I got extensions elsewhere before i came to her and they were very uncomfortable and ended up matting up in my hair and had to be cut out.
