I love this place and the ladies who work here. They may have a higher price than others but you get what you pay for. Here the ladies care about doing a good job. I’ve always left happy and I keep coming bk bc they do a fantastic job. Keep up the great work. And if you move again let me know where you’ve gone too. Love you girls!!!!

It was my very first time ever having my nails done at all and it was such an enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and hilarious, everything was very clean, there wasn’t a long wait, and I just thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. There are so many options and the lady that did my nails helped me walk through my decisions about my nails. my nails are beautiful she did a wonderful job and I will be coming back again and again. I highly recommend this place to anybody with a good sense of humor. I was nervous because people had told me that getting fake nails hurts, she was very gentle and nothing was even uncomfortable about getting these nails put on.

Critical: ProfessionalismI was a walk in this morning! First customer of the day! I wanted a gel pedicure! First the lady look like she was preparing the pedicure bowl! Then I was asked to come have a seat! I say they for what felt like forever! But it probably was really 5 minutes! Then I was told the lady who was going to do my toes was on her way! Then maybe 5-10 minutes later of sitting there! I was told that the lady had an emergency with her child and wasn’t coming! I was asked if I wanted yo come back later but I but went somewhere else! As I read through the reviews on this shop and the owner. I must say I feel differently. When I go to get my nails done the owner never showed me attitude, she most of the time be focused and concentrating on doing my nails but she do talks with me, we laugh joke ect. I have never had one problem with her or anybody in the shop they were very welcoming to me. I love how the owner does my nails. She gets me in and out. The shop is very clean and comfortable. I will recommend people to come and experience the experience I have seen. I adore her kids very respectable and funny, there’s nothing wrong with a some humor while getting your nails done.

So I walked in I was greeted wasn’t acknowledged at all.. After I sat there for about 10-15 mins and wasn’t greeted or asked the service I would like I walked out I m never going back that’s why it’s always empty there poor customer service… This happened about 2weeks ago… Good Luck if you do decide to try them out..

Thina and her staff are very professional! The work is awesome! They make you feel important during your time there and always make sure you in and out! Cause as we all know time can be pushy with busy schedules! They focus on making your nails beautiful and making sure your satisfied! They make you feel like family there. Absolutely love her kids. Very sweet and well mannered when present! I’ve been to many nail salons and comparing them to vanity nails! Vanity Nails should always be you go to if you want respect and beautiful nails!!!!!

I have been going here on and off for about three years. My first time ever getting my nails done was when this shop was still in Walmart. I can say quality is great that’s why I gave three stars! However, their customer service is not where it needs to be. Everytime I make an appointment I am rushed off the phone and they never ask my name I have to ask if they want my name. Also, when I come in for my appointment I sometimes have to wait like 20 or 30 minutes. Yes, I understand that it is a business and things don’t go as planned all of the time, but their should at least be some sense of urgency. I also don’t like that when I am getting my nails done and something messed up I feel like I am going to get yelled at for asking the nail tech to fix it. I feel so uncomfortable in this nail salon and if I am paying money I feel like I should at least feel like they want me there. Like I said before if you want quality over customer service then this is the place for you, but if you want both you will not find it here!
