I asked for my blonde to be brought up (from previous color) and was given chunk red highlights all over. I stated to Whitney this isn’t what i had in mind and asked to have it corrected and was told no, it would fade. Went to VENUE SALON, and they fixed it beautifully, now I love my hair again.
