It was very easy to make an appointment as a first time visitor. The location was simple enough to find even though my GPS was off. As soon as I walked into the door I was greeted by my stylist Lisa and she offered me a beverage. She patiently listened to me as I explain what my goal was and, with the assistance of pictures on my tablet, she let me know what I was to expect before I reach my desired results. My session lasted about 3.5 hours from beginning to end but it was well worth it. I LOVE my hair! I’ve spent the same amount of time elsewhere but it never looked or felt as good as this. After it was all done, I made my next appointment with Lisa. I look forward to it!
