I got my lashes done for the first time by Taylor. She was super friendly, answered any questions I had, made the experience very comfortable, & finished within an hour! I got my lashes done for a wedding the next day, & the bride decided she wanted a full set the night before. I messaged Taylor asking if she had any openings, she was fully booked for the following day but said she was willing to come in early so the bride could be happy for her big day, & she responded very quickly. Taylor is simply amazing!

The women here are so friendly and so kind and so knowledgeable. This was my first time here, and I walked in feeling like I was long acquainted with everyone in the salon. I was able to be seen right on time for my appointment. Brittany did INCREDIBLE work on fixing my botched hair, and was kind enough to adjust what I had originally scheduled to come in for to something else that would be much healthier in maintaining the integrity of my hair. She explained exactly what she was doing to my hair and why so I knew what was happening to my hair band I really respect and appreciate that.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy girlfriend is taking a class on Saturday mornings where she cannot access her phone. She was sent a text this morning asking her to confirm an appointment for this Saturday afternoon, and was unable to reply due to being in the class. She then was told that her appointment was cancelled, and even after explaining that she takes a class every Saturday morning, she was told “I am not going to reschedule you either.”24 hour notice is the industry standard for this type of appointment reminder. Sending it under 24 hours, or in this case, less than 6 hours prior to the appointment, is extremely unprofessional and a bad business practice.My girlfriend is taking a class on Saturday mornings where she cannot access her phone.
