Wow!…Tried to reschedule my apt after my husband was taken to the ER this morning and they told me I have to pay a cancelation fee when I wanted to reschedule.. which then they complained that this is the 2nd cancelation the day of which was back in may of 2021!! I’m sorry that life happens with emergencies and those things are more important than getting your eyelashes done……….
