Critical: ProfessionalismNot trans-friendly.She did a great job with my hair (though it took four hours), and I had planned to give her a very generous tip. I had gone with a friend who knows a lot more about hair styles than I do, and she talked about me in the third person during the last ten minutes. She misgendered me a good eight to ten times, ignoring repeated, increasingly forceful corrections, even mere seconds after a correction. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe lady was super sweet but tried working on 4 people at the same time. I was there from 10-3pm. Another lady was there before me and she was still working at her at 2pm ! Because she kept trying to work and everyone that was coming in at the same time. The hair dye was in my hair 30 minutes plus another 20 minutes because she was to busy doing ANOTHER girls hair that came in 3 people after me. Therefore my hair is totally more damaged than it would have been if she DIDNT leave the dye in my hair for that extra 20 minutes. At this point I was going to walk out and I regret not walking out. Never coming back. Sure her prices at lower than other places but I bet no other place will be as unprofessional as this place . SMH. As a “licensed” professional you should know NOT to leave hair dye in hair longer than the recommenced time.
