Critical: ProfessionalismI had made an appointment which we had confirmed. Sent pictures of my lashes to the lash tech to confirm it would take 1.45 minutes day before the appointment. I receive all the consent forms to fill out before the appointment, and then lash tech cancelled my appointment 1.5 before I was supposed to arrive. This is absolutely unprofessional to the max! I took time out of my day to plan this appointment confirmed with the lash technician and this is what happens. I reached out to tech and no answer!! Just an automated message saying the appointment has been cancelled. I’m pretty sure if I would’ve canceled an hour and a half before the appointment I wouldn’t have received my deposit.
