They are very rushed. They will not listen to you and do whatever they please and tell you after the fact that you had choices. I was insulted by the stylist and she didn’t listen to my needs. I went in to have my hair fixed by another stylist and I was told money was put onto my account. Now I am due for another hair cut and I am told I was CHARGED to have my hair FIXED at my last appointment. Money was not on my account or refunded. I was not given a choice at the time of service if I wanted a refund or another appointment. After how I was treated during the 2nd appointment I would have rather of had a refund and gone somewhere else. If they couldn’t do it right the first time why would I go back. Just like sitting in one of their stylists chairs once your there you’re given no choice.

I had much higher expectations for the premier salon in Sioux Falls. Upon checking in, no one offered to take my jacket, I was not offered a beverage or a smut magazine, all of the things associated with going to a salon. I was also disappointed when products other than Aveda were used in my hair. My stylist was friendly and did offer to take my jacket and get me a beverage, but these things should have been done upon check in. I was not happy with the original color service. They did correct it. I was even contacted by the owner the following day to assure my satisfaction. The toner has since washed out and I’m back to needing to get my color fixed, but I will be going somewhere else. This location just seems to need more training for some of their staff. Everyone was friendly and compassionate, just fell flat on the high end salon experience overall.

Not very well at communicating, whoever handles their socially media surly needs a revaluation on their communication skills. No one is end debt responding to an add. Definitely will never consider going here ever, especially considering it not free I would be paying. Definitely does not welcome everyone, only a certain category of people as by those they prefer are acceptable.

It was a nice experience with the spirit of Christmas! After being greeted by three gals when I arrived, Gloria answered my product questions for my hair. As I was leaving, I noticed Sarah with her beautiful long hair. I felt inclined to go back in and visit with her. She gave me personal & professional attention at her salon chair, and guided me to a product that would address the breakage of my hair.

Love the gals there…especially Sarah my designer! Does an amazing job! Also I can send my husband in by himself & Leah or Alex do a fantastic job! First time in over 25 years I can send him to a salon that does an outstanding job! Especially with salons that advertise mens cuts! These girls are true professionals!! If you haven’t tried them, do yourself a favor and try them!

I have been coming here for years but the girl I normally use canceled twice so someone else stepped in. I showed her the picture I wanted & what I liked about it. She was really nice & I felt pampered. It was way more money than what I thought but couldn’t wait to get home to look at my hair. It was not at all what the picture looked like. When I showed the ladies at work my hair & the picture they all said they would of been mad too paying all that money ( over $250 ) So I tried to call the owner but she was not there & never has gotten back to me.
