Sam, who works the front desk, always makes me feel welcomed and works around your schedule to get you in. I always feel appreciated and like they actually care about what’s going on in my life. My hair has never looked or felt better and that is all thanks to Van Scoy, especially Gabby. She is so thorough and really takes her time leaving my hair and scalp feeling 10 times better then when I walked in. This place gives you the resources to get your hair where you want it to be. When I went into Van Scoy, I was genuinely nearly entirely bald on the top of my head. I read some other reviews on various hair clinics, and Van Scoy stood out to me because of how straight forward they seemed. If you are looking for a hair clinic I highly recommend Van Scoy! I have been a client now for a little over a year and have been extremely pleased with the results! Todd himself is a very good person to have. He aims to please all of his clients and is great at getting back with me in a timely manner. He also checks in with me to make sure everything is going well and that definitely goes show he cares about his clients and their results! My stylist is Angi and I have never met a stylist that has care more about my hair before. She takes her time and has an eye for detail. She has a true passion and talent for what she does. I am an extremely picky person and I have never trusted a stylist before as much as I trust Angi! She truly works miracles and is most definitely one of the hardest working people I have met. She will make sure that you are all taken care of and that you look your best after walking out! Sam behind the desk is super friendly and caring as well. I love walking in and being greeted by her bright personality! Whenever I call with concerns she always does her best to do the most she can and she puts herself in the clients position and is super understanding. She’s also amazing at booking appointments and getting me in faster if needed! I also talk with Gabby when checking out as-well if she is not busy and, she herself is also a very great people person! She is super sweet and dedicated to her job! Overall I enjoy the staff here very much and services they do! I greatly appreciate them all and their hard work does not go unnoticed!
